Effective Date: January 2, 2025
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all users. We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards outline our approach to preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE content and behavior in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play requirements.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes any content or behavior that:
We adhere to definitions provided by international standards, such as those set by INTERPOL and UNICEF.
We strictly prohibit any sharing, uploading or distribution of media that depicts CSAE, any form of solicitation, grooming or sexual communication with minors, inappropriate interactions between adults and minors that could lead to exploitation, any content that sexualizes minors (including fictional or generated content), and any use of the platform to support or enable CSAE activities or networks.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store any user-generated content on our servers. Current versions of our application do not allow users to create custom content or communicate with other users. If we introduce a social interaction feature in a future version of the app, we will change this CSAE Policy accordingly and add further in-app reporting mechanisms.
You may also want to report to the relevant organizations in your jurisdiction. Google maintains a list of organizations to report CSAE organised by country. If your country is not listed there it may be listed at INHOPE.
If you have any questions about this CSAE Policy, please us contact hello@quack.day.
